Manage your profile

Manage your profile by checking activity on your wall and keeping your profile information, such as your preferred phone number, up-to-date to ensure your coworkers can easily find you and interact with you.

To update other data, such as your email address or the profile name that coworkers use to mention you in SQLdm Mobile, change your account settings.

To check your wall activity using the SQLdm Console:

1. On the Newsfeed menu bar, click Profile.
2. In the profile pane, click Wall.
3. From your wall, you can: 
   • Search for a specific story
   • Use the activity timeline to track communications between you and your coworkers
   • Review a story's details to see how a conversation resolved
   • Like, bookmark, or comment on a post
4. Click OK.

To check your wall activity using SQLdm Mobile:

1. On the SQLdm Mobile home page, tap Profile.
2. From your wall, you can: 
   • Review a story's details to see how a conversation resolved
   • Like, bookmark, or comment on a post
3. Use the posts filter to show all posts or only those posts shared by you.

To change your profile using the SQLdm Console:

1. On the Newsfeed menu bar, click Profile.
2. In the profile pane, click Info.
3. In the right pane, click Edit.
4. Change the appropriate setting.
5. Click OK.
